Step 1: Save the search
Run a search with the filters you care about—area, price, beds, tenure—and choose Save search or Create alert.
Narrow filters reduce noise; widen slightly if you see too few results.
If your search uses a drawn area, save the drawn area while signed in so the search can use a durable areaId. Temporary poly_... area links are browser-local and may not reopen on another device.

Step 2: Choose notification channels
Pick email and/or push if offered. Set frequency where the product allows (instant, daily digest).
Confirm your email or phone in account settings so messages arrive.

Edit the saved search when your budget or area changes. Pause alerts during a break from the market.
