The process
Each milestone stands on its own—follow in order, or skip ahead when you already know the basics.
The commercial page uses the same map-bounded search as Homes for Sale, For Rent, and Land: pan or zoom and the list, count, and pagination update to the visible map area. Select the correct country before searching so currency and stock align with your market.
Sector chips (Office, Retail, Warehouse, Industrial, Mixed use, Restaurant, Medical, Flex space) filter listings that have a typed commercial extension. Use Sale, Lease, or combined filters where shown.
Additional filters may include size, price or rent bands, building class, energy rating, and sorts such as price or rent per sq ft or cap rate when data exists.
The commercial search shows active listings by default. Sold, let, or off-market stock is excluded unless you choose other statuses where the UI exposes them.
If nothing suitable is listed, open Register requirement (`/commercial-requirements/new`) to record occupier or investor demand: transaction intent, property types, location, size, budget, move date, and contact details. Verify your email with the one-time code. Signed-in users track requirements at Account → Commercial requirements.
Commercial agents (`/commercial-agents`) lists specialists filterable by sector and transaction experience.
Use Request viewing or the listing contact form for property-specific enquiries. Some listings offer downloadable brochures or plans where the agent published documents.
Eyemoved does not provide automated commercial valuations, national lease comparables databases, or regulated investment advice. Metrics on a listing reflect agent-supplied or disclosed calculations.
