Step 1: Run a search and refine filters
Open search from the header or map, enter your area or draw an area on the map, then tune filters until the results reflect what you really want.
Narrow price and beds before saving—better criteria mean fewer noisy alerts.
Use map bounds or neighbourhoods so alerts stay geographically focused.

Step 2: Save from results
When you are happy with the match quality, use Save search on the results toolbar or header action.
Sign in if prompted—saved searches live on your account.
Give the search a short, memorable name (for example “3-bed Brighton under £650k”).

Confirm the saved criteria preview. Pick how often you want emails when new listings appear—typically instant, daily, or weekly depending on how competitive your market is.
