The process
Each milestone stands on its own—follow in order, or skip ahead when you already know the basics.
1. Location — Edit the search area in the white field; use X to clear. Pick a suggestion to refresh results.
2. Filters — Opens the full filters panel (same options as desktop).
3. Context line — Shows whether you are viewing homes for sale or to rent in the current location.
4. Save Search | Create Alert — Same saved-search and alert behaviour as desktop; sign in when prompted.
5. Results, sort, Map — Result count, sort order, and Map (same as desktop New Search / map view).
6. Prioritise properties with… — Opens Quick Filters. If you arrived with a finance plan, Show may appear here for plan-fit filtering.
Applied filters, plan summaries, and drawn-area tools appear below this block.
At 1024px width and above, the original filter bar and results header are shown; this mobile chrome is hidden.
