On for sale listings, Calculate mortgage opens a quick Mortgage Estimator with the listing price pre-filled. Full analysis → opens this calculator with your loan amount, rate, and term from the modal (and the correct market currency via `country` in the URL).

What you can do next
After you calculate, a What would you like to do next? sidebar appears with up to three options:
Get a Mortgage in Principle — start an indicative budget check at `/mortgage-in-principle`
Speak to a mortgage broker — opens `/mortgage-advisers/enquire` (affiliated mortgage broker partner enquiry form; not the estate-agent directory)
Ask a question — same mortgage broker enquiry form with ask intent
An admin must configure and activate the mortgage financing partner at `/admin/mortgage-financing-partner` (Content hub → Calculators) before the public enquiry form and MIP partner consent accept submissions. Configure a separate partner per market; regulator field labels follow the market (for example FCA FRN in GB, CBK licence reference in KE). Results are estimates only. The sidebar includes a short introducer footnote.
