`/property-valuation` lets you request a free agent valuation. Submit contact details and a place (neighbourhood, town, postcode, or address). Eyemoved matches that place to the local market city that verified agents cover, then notifies those agents.
This is not an automated instant price. Figures you may see elsewhere on the site (calculators, House Price Index) are indicative only.
The process

Use Address or postcode. Any of these should resolve to the same London market when agents cover London:
