Verify before you pay
Pay only through agreed, documented channels after you have verified the agent and listing on Eyemoved.
Do not send deposits to a new bank account because someone emailed or messaged “updated details”.
Never share passwords or one-time codes — Eyemoved and your bank will not ask for them by chat or phone.
Where practical, view the property (or a verified video tour) before large transfers.

Urgent pressure to pay to “hold” a home without proper paperwork.
Requests for crypto, gift cards, or transfers to names that do not match the agency.
Prices far below market with excuses about why you cannot visit yet.

Sellers using the vendor portal
Open /vendor only from your agent's secure link or after signing in when your agent has linked your account. Never send completion funds to a bank account shared only by email, text, or WhatsApp.

Agent subscription billing
Eyemoved agent plans are paid through Stripe checkout from /agent/settings/subscription only. Do not follow payment links in unrelated messages claiming to be from Eyemoved.

Report on Eyemoved
Signed-in messaging: open Messages, choose Report conversation, and select Scam or fraud concern. You can also block the agent.
Contact form: [Contact us](/contact) and choose Report suspected fraud as your interest.
Email: write to support@eyemoved.com with subject Report suspected property fraud. Include the listing URL and what you were asked to do.
Reports are reviewed manually. For immediate danger, contact local authorities as well.
