Overview

Welcome to your Eyemoved Client Dashboard!

Your dashboard is your central hub for tracking your property search, comparing properties, and monitoring your financial planning. We have updated our system to display real-time, database-backed platform metrics. This guide explains how your dashboard derives its figures, how the financial tools operate, and what to expect during your home-buying or renting journey.

1. What are your Dashboard KPIs?

Your dashboard has four main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that update dynamically based on your shortlist and transactions:

Saved Property Value – This calculates the combined current asking prices of all the listings you have added to your favorites or saved collections. It helps you see the total target value of your potential homes.

Active Transaction Value – Once you enter an active contract (as a buyer or seller) and your agent creates a transaction file, this card displays the agreed purchase price.

Avg Saved Listing Age – Displays how long your favorited homes have been published on the market on average, helping you spot when listings are getting stale.

Avg Saved Price / Sqft – Calculated automatically for all your saved properties that have their floor areas recorded in the system.

Note: If you save homes listed in different currencies (e.g., mixing GBP and USD), the dashboard will show a count of saved homes instead of combining different currencies.

2. Interactive Mortgage Scenarios

If you have used our mortgage or affordability planning tools and saved a scenario, the Mortgage Card on your dashboard will display:

First Payment Breakdown – Rather than showing hardcoded averages, the widget calculates the exact split between the Principal and Interest portion of your first scheduled monthly payment based on your saved loan amount, interest rate, and term.

Accuracy Disclosure – The figures are intended as automated estimates for planning and do not constitute formal lending offers. Insurance, tax, and lender charges are excluded unless specifically stated.

3. Neighborhood Scorecards

When you open a property's details page, the Neighborhood Insights block displays walkability, transit density, and services scores (like schools, dining, and pharmacies):

Live Google Places Integration – If active in your area, these scores are calculated in real-time based on the actual number and proximity of points of interest.

Compliance Fallback – If you see a warning disclaimer stating that fallback averages are in use, it means the real-time API integrations are currently deactivated or there are insufficient comparables in the target postcode. The interface falls back to static area profiles to ensure a continuous browsing experience.

4. Privacy & Data Control

You have complete control over your recommendations. If you want to clear your personalization history, navigate to your Personalization Preferences and choose Reset learning.

Resetting your learning timestamp invalidates recommendation caches immediately. It anonymizes historical view analytics while preserving your functional account records (such as your saved homes and active enquiries).
