How Request viewing, Sent enquiries, direct agent contact, duplicate warnings, and platform-recorded viewing status work.
Overview
When you use Request viewing or a listing enquiry form, Eyemoved records a property-specific enquiry and sends it to the disclosed agent, agency, or representative.
After the introduction, you and the agent may continue by phone, email, or Eyemoved messaging where available.
The process
Each milestone stands on its own—follow in order, or skip ahead when you already know the basics.
Eyemoved does not automatically know what happened in a phone call or email unless the agent records it or the conversation continues inside Eyemoved.
Signed-in users can open Sent enquiries to see previous submissions, agent or agency details, current platform-recorded status, direct contact actions, and links to messages or viewings when they exist.
You can still contact an agent again. If the new enquiry looks like a duplicate, Eyemoved may warn you before sending it.
Signed-in users may see subtle labels such as Enquired, Viewing requested, or Viewing confirmed on listings they have already contacted. These labels do not stop you contacting the agent again. If a new submission looks like a duplicate, Eyemoved may warn you before sending it.
A viewing is confirmed when you accept an Eyemoved proposal or when the agent records a time that was agreed with you outside the platform. If a recorded appointment is wrong, use the available report or support action so the record can be reviewed.
Before attending, confirm the time, address, and contact route. Tell the agent early if you need accessibility support, parking information, a video viewing, or a change of time.
Use saved properties, collections, saved searches, and email alerts to track listings before and after contacting agents. Alerts help you see new and updated listings without repeating the same search manually.
Some markets or listing types may ask optional questions about buying position, rental move-in timing, land use, or commercial occupation. Some markets may also show touring, representation, licence, or redress wording before a viewing can progress.
Your enquiry details are shared with the assigned recipient and authorised agency users who need them to respond. Public listing results do not expose your enquiry history.
Do not send money just to view a property. Do not share passwords, bank logins, one-time codes, door codes, alarm codes, or full identity documents through ordinary enquiry messages. Verify payment instructions independently through an official channel.
Use report/block controls where available if a message feels unsafe or an appointment record is incorrect.
