Overview

Eyemoved is a property platform for buying, renting, and researching homes and other listings—including land and commercial property where agents publish them. You can move from search to saved shortlists, calculators, optional services (such as conveyancing or removals quotes, where offered in your market), and conversations with agents.

Finding property

Location and filters: On Homes for sale, For rent, Land, Commercial, and similar pages, enter a place or postcode, then refine with price, bedrooms, property type, and other filters.

Home page search: The main home page lets you switch between Standard Search (place plus buy/rent choice), Advanced Search (a larger set of filters in one place), and AI Search (describe what you want in everyday language). Which options you see can depend on your market and how the site is configured.

Search on the map: Many screens show a map next to results. You can often outline an area on the map so only listings inside that region are shown. Some maps offer Draw (click each corner) and Freehand (sketch in one go); others only offer Draw. Details are in [Search and alerts](/help/getting-started/search-and-alerts).

Header search: From many pages, the search control in the header jumps to buy or rent listings using the location you type, and can respect your country setting when that appears in the URL or market selector.

Country or market: When a country or market control appears in the header, use it so listings, currency, and tools line up with the region you are focused on.

Saving, collections, and alerts

Save individual listings to revisit them later; organise them into collections (named lists).

Save a search and turn on email alerts where offered, so new or updated matches can reach you without refreshing the site all day.

Some accounts can share a collection with family or an adviser using a link, depending on how sharing is set up for your deployment.

Tools and services

The Tools menu and Tools & Services help category bring together planning calculators—such as mortgage, stamp duty, buying costs, rent vs buy, yield, affordability, and valuation—and links to related services (conveyancing, removals, home survey, insurance quotes, and more) where they are enabled for your market. The exact list can change; use Tools in the navigation or [Tools & Services](/help/tools) in Help for what is available to you.

Agents and enquiries

Discover agents via routes such as Agent Directory and Overseas agents (often linked from the footer or professional sections—labels can vary).

Listing agents may be marked verified or similar where the platform uses verification for professionals.

When you are not signed in: use the listing enquiry or contact form, or the site Contact page. Replies from the agent or the platform often arrive by email (or phone if you provided a number)—there is no in-app thread until you have an account and the agent continues the conversation there.

When you are signed in: Messages holds ongoing in-app chats with agents (with optional email/SMS notifications when you are away). Viewings lists scheduled visits—often with maps, ICS calendar file downloads, reschedule and feedback where your market enables them.

From a listing you can usually contact the agent, send an enquiry, or request a viewing, depending on what that deployment exposes.

Your account

After sign-in, your profile, notification preferences (including how new messages are delivered), saved homes, collections, saved searches, Messages, Viewings, Applications (rental tenancy invitations), and Commercial requirements (registered occupier demand) are available from the client dashboard. Some actions (for example saving without an account, or AI search limits) depend on configuration and whether you use a guest or full account.

Phones and tablets

Eyemoved is designed for modern browsers on desktop, tablet, and phone; pages adapt to different screen sizes. You normally use the website rather than a separate app store download unless your organisation links to one.

Agents and partners (separate workspace)

Estate agents and partners sign in to a different workspace for listings, analytics, and leads. That side of the product is documented under agent help and is not covered in this short renter/buyer overview.
