Before you start
You need an Eyemoved account signed in with the same email the agent holds on your lead.
Open Applications from your client dashboard (`/account/dashboard/applications`).

Statuses you may see
Invited or Draft — start or finish your form. Submitted and Under review — the agent is assessing your case. Information requested — upload missing documents or respond to notes. Approved — accepted; a tenancy workflow may open with next steps. Rejected, Withdrawn, or Cancelled — the case is closed.

Upload identity, proof of income, references, and any other types the agent requested. Submit only when required items are complete.

After approval
Approval can create a linked tenancy transaction with stages such as pre-tenancy checks, agreement signing, move-in, and key handover. Progress appears in Applications and related account areas depending on your market.
Approval on Eyemoved does not by itself create a legally binding tenancy until agreements and deposits are completed through your agent’s process.

Troubleshooting
If the list is empty, confirm you used the invited email and refresh the page. Ask the agent to resend Invite to apply from your lead if needed.
