Step 1: Find a listing you like
Browse search results or a property details page. When you are ready to track it, use Save or the heart icon.
You may be prompted to sign in if you are logged out.
Some flows support saving into a default collection automatically.

Step 2: Organise with collections
Create named collections (for example “Shortlist” or “Weekend viewings”) and move saves between them.
Collections help when you are comparing several areas or budgets.
You can remove a save at any time from your dashboard.

Step 3: Revisit from your dashboard
Open Saved or Collections from the client area to see updates, notes, and agent messages tied to those homes.

Saving or removing a favourite updates aggregate engagement metrics for that listing so agents can see interest over time. Your name is not passed to agents through that metric alone.
